Is there something called secret characters in SoA?
If there is, how/where do you collect them?

unless the game desighners hid all trace of them then no there are none. i've looked through loads of the game files and not one of them mentions a secret NPC.

i mean, in a way there's a whole surplus of hidden NPCs, if you cheat. if you have the cheat console enabled, you have press CTRL + something and have your cursor over a non-hostile person, and you can automatically make them join your party. ctrl + L? ctrl + q? i don't remember exactly...
