Funniest,I found Yoshimos accent very funny,especially on my comp where he said
'Yoshimo is willing yes Yoshimo is willing yes Yoshimo is willing' over and over
that was hilarious,Minsc was funny on ocasion such as with pirate lord.
Gayest,I dont really need to say just about everyone knows who I hate
Coolest, Korgan (excellant fighter and superb attitude)

Gayest: Just like Caine, + Anomen! He is so rude
Coolest: Haer'Dalis. He is pretty good at fighting, and he has such a cool portrait, and he acts nice.

Is it me, or does Nalia look like Tori Spelling from 90210? Personally I don't find Nalia OR Ms. Spelling all that attractive. And Nalia has such a condescending personality. Stuck up little $%*^#@&!

Minsc and Jan are both a trip. I didn't keep Haer'Dalis long but he did have quite an "alternative" view on life...I plan on keeping him long term at some point just out of curiousity.

I liked Mazzy's character - found her voice quite pleasant and liked having her in the group. She'll be a long-term member on my next run through the game.

The funniest is minsc (and Boo)
The coolest is probably Tiax (he's an NPC in BG1 for those who didnt know)
The gayest, well I think we're lookin at Anomen (where did you get that stupid accent from, reading too many romance novels

For me i think its Edwin that's funny, Especially when he transforms into a woman at umar hills. He-he-he he says a lot of words that makes him look like annoyed.
