In the northern part of the TD there is somewhat of a funnylooking house.
If you go there the guy inside tells you to go away.
To wich quest is this related?

Lemme guess, you found the Guarded Compound? It is part of an incomplete quest that the game developers did not have enough time to fully implement it into the game.

It might also be somebody's estate (can't remember whose). But if it is then you can't open the door. If you can get inside then it is the guarded compound.

I've been to the guarded compound and found a truckload of magic items! I just do it at about 2 o'clock this morning so I haven’t had time to see what they are yet. I also found some empty potion bottles, are these good for anything at all? Maybe they would have been part of the incomplete quest Dundee Slaytern mentioned.

No guys not the guarded compound, its the building at the far end of the district, next to the temple of Lathander.
