because i don't won't to end the game already because i think that this is the ultimate game and i love it very much.

No you can't.
You can only go there by cheating.

Where there are monsters and barbarians there will be Byronas fighting against them.

I know, the BG2 map is a very badass collection of places....but the fact is you don't even need to go back there during ToB, since it is altogether a more linear plot than all of BG2.

I agree it'd be real cool to be able to go back though, in terms of items you might have wanted that you can't get any more.
