I've got two questions:

1) What's the easiest way to keep Keldorn all the way through the game??

2) What's a good level to go and rescue Imoen??

Keldorn will visit his wife together with u... he'll get mad at her and leaves ur party for 3 hours then u can pick him up at the hall of the most radiant heart again

I mostly do all quest avaible before going to the asylum but u can make it at the level 13 14 I think

I have never lost Keldorn. I just dropped him sometimes after. When he told me that he wants to visit his house, we went there. We had little talk and I told him to go to talk to that other nobleman. We visted him and talked. After that we went back his home. I could allow him to stay home but I said he promisd me to help Imoen or that our quest is not over and he just told his wife that after it will be over he will resign from order and come back home.
