I still can't find them. I know there supposed to be in the bridge distric but where?. Are they in that big building in the middle?. Someone said that there in a building where you enter the area but they ain't. Can someone help me please.

upon entering the bridge district, head southwards to a small back alley of the area, behind the first building on the bottom. they should be in this vicinity, and there is a few of them, so they're hard to miss.

first of all u got to get the mission to investigate the fallen knight or something like that... then u'll find em to the right of the first building at the top of the bridge district...
