Ok, Question number one is what the heck is a wild mage? I've heard you guys talking about them, but i can't figure out what they are. My second question is why wont Viconia talk to me anymore? I just got out of the underdark and the only time she's said anything is when she is casting a spell. Thx in advance.

I can only help with your first question. The wild mage is a kit for wizards that comes with the BG2 expansion, Throne of Bhaal (ToB). The wild mage specialises in wild magic (what else? http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif ) that is characterised by unpredictable wild surges. In game terms what this means is that whenever a wild mage casts a spell, there is a chance (about 5%? I'm not sure) that instead of the spell being cast, a surge of wild magic will occur, with totally unpredictable (and sometimes frustrating) results. The outcomes range from the really good to the really bad. For example, the spell would be cast at double the effect, or you lose all the gold in the party, or the caster's gender is changed, or the enemy is healed, etc, etc. You get the idea.
