It is just a minor inconvenience but after installing ToB i find that all the scrolls in my inventory have the option to 'write magic' even if I have already learned them. This never happened on my BG2 alone and it just makes for a little inconvenience (ie. re-clicking the same scrolls if I don't remember if the mage has already learned the spell). Any ideas?
Thanks |
i think youd have to write Black isle and ask them to rectify this in the next patch - i dont see why they changed it. probly some moron. dont think thers any way to change it.

Hey, it's no biggie. If you click on "Write magic" and your mage already knows the spell, you'll get a message sayign that the mage already has it, and the scroll will remain intact.

Its not a biggie except in the case of when you have like 50 million scrolls and are trying to make sure you memorized every single one. I find this very annoying as well.

Well I just downloaded the patch for ToB and it seems like that has cleared
up my annoying scroll problem. No more tedious searching! |
Well, maybe it has something to do with the brilliant fact that you can take away spells from your mage book!!!
I like that function in ToB ------------------ |
