well...Now I am in the planar sphere and I got to get a deamonheart to engage...but I saw several Deamons...the question is can I use the deamonhearts for anything else?

you pick them up severl other places, the short answer is (I think, havent done the planar sphere in a while) no.

i don't think you can use demon hearts for anything else. But I killed all the demons on the hell-plain anyway.. Its fun clearing out hell.
