After finishing TotSC a year or so ago I uninstalled the game, but saved the Final Save & Character files on a Zip disc first.

Having now got around to SoA, where do I copy the old files to so that I can import my old character from BG1?

Character files into character directory or final save into save(s) directory.
Maybe first start game and make any save because at the beginning there is no such directory.
