lots of items you acquired in bg1 get scattered across athkatla in bg2, but one item i have yet to find is Varscona, that +2 long sword that does 1 point of cold damage gleaned from the Prism assassin. that blade was inseparable from my character and i am more than disappointed it's not in bg2.

*spider's bane: +2 2H sword, free action. i'd rather get that from the genie in irenicus' dungeon than sarevok's sword.
*eagle bow: +2 short bow
*dagger of venom: +2 dagger, 12(?) pts of poison damage

i've only played through with a few classes so i'm sure i've missed some specific quests and enemies. are these items anywhere in bg2? i know there are ITM files for them but havent had the fortune of finding them.

I do remember seeing the Eagle Bow lying around somewhere, can't remember where now.. The other two you mentioned, I'm sure they're in there somewhere. They wouldn't make new pictures of them for nothing..
