Is there anyway to reverse the "change" taht happens to Edwin whan he reads the nether scroll, cos his whinning is really annoying me?

I forget exactly how the whole plot of the Nether Scroll plays out in the game (I'm playing a good party through SoA this time through, so i guess I won't be having my memory refreshed. as far as i can tell you, this change is not permanent, though it does last for a few weeks of game time if i remember correctly.
one thing you want to be careful of, though, is that you don't head of for the Imoen-retrieval chapter until his little sex-change predicament has played out...i think someone comes to find Edwin in regards to this situation, and that person can't track him down if you're off limits (i.e. in the Underdark)...i am not even sure if he will find you after you emerge from the Underdark either, so be weary of that.
