what is boon of lathander? I can't find the description anywhere...

If I'm playing a dual cleric/mage, there is a way I can get both strongholds, right? How do I do it? Do I get the cleric one first and then go for the mage one? Do I still have to be a cleric when I go for it? And actually, this is more than two questions...thanks though.

Boon of Lathander gives you 1 extra attack per rnd and immunity to level drain
It lasts quite a while depending on level

Getting 2 strongholds require a patch
