This must be a new bug of some kind. Jaheira died when I was doing the "kill shadow thieves guy" for bodhi. Her equipment didn't drop though.(?)
When I try to resurrect her it just says that I cast the spell and then nothing happens. Its worth noting that I can see Jaheiras marker on the map and sometimes her health bar show up in the game saying 0/58.

I did patch the game with the latest patch but the problem remained.

Well have you tried re-installing the game? If not please try it..

one more thing, Her items are still equiped, this I checked whit an editor.
On her portrait she has the acid protection icon (from shade armor)
