How do I cure a special person from this horrible plauge? I have a body, and a heart, and information that a Temple of Oghma could help me... well, none in their temple (in docks-district) is willing to help me... who to speak with?

Did you killed Bodhi? I'm asking you this because when you kill her (in Chapter 6) you find a book at her lair which is used to cure that terrible plague.

If I remember correctly, the temple of Oghma refers you to a different monk, still in the docks area. Talking to the second monk should get you the information you need in order to cure the Vampirism.
