When I play Throne of Bhaal...is it just the party i´m playing Throne o... with or can I not play SoA at all...???

Just ToB. Watcher's Keep in the only place accessible from both
games.

You can also begin play in ToB, level high, export your character and import it in a SoA game, kinda cheesy but it's nice to play for a while this way
