Hello

I followed the BGII instructions to use a custom portrait. I made it the right size and the right color depth. It shows up in the custom portrait window but the picture has a figure with a question mark. What am i doing wrong....??

I'm by no means an expert on this, but I just wanted to make sure you have it in .bmp format, and not jpeg or some other format.

Yes I have it in a bmp format. I tried Jpeg to still didn't work. thanks though

What name did you give them? There is a size limit of 5 letters excluding the L or S needed at the end of the name.

Example...

GOTHL.bmp and GOTHS.bmp <---- Correct

GOTHICL.bmp and GOTHICS.bmp <---- Wrong
