Would you guys recommened this for a party with people around the neutral alignment?

1) Me - Berseker Neutral
2) Anomen - The only good fighter thats not chaotic (and also he specialized in hammers, meaning that i could use crom fyaer on him)
3) Cernd - another fighter (shapeshift)
4) Viconia - Romance and spells
5) Jan - Sling and spells
6) Edwin - Pure spells

few questions:
1) Does Cernd's damage depend on his werewolf or his weapon?
2) Can Jan use bows or crossbows other than his personal one? (hes a theif illusionist)

1)I think is werewolf form have there own damage.
2)yes he can use any cross bow or short bow.

Werewolves get a special weapon when they shapeshift. Hmm... Yes, Jan can use any bows or crossbows usable by a thief. Hmm... Nice party, if you want to be neutral.
