Ok, I've got a diamond, I've got a beljuril, I've had the horn for ages, how the heck do I upgrade it? I've taken the three pieces to the dwarf and he ignores it! I've tried doing it myself, and the duct tape won't hold the jewels on the Horn properly! (kidding).

How do I upgrade the horn?

Well, the man you're looking for is at Waukeen's Promenade in the south-west part. He's standing on the wooden-platform-thingy.
He's one of the salesman there. He doesn't have a name when u highlight him though, but u can't miss him.
There are only two salesman down there, I believe.

What do you mean? The flail of ages or the helm of ages ? (though I don't think that such an item exists).

kazil, the flail of ages is in nalias keep. there are extra heads for it inToB so it gets even better.

there is no helm of ages (so says shadowkeeper with SoA and ToB but not TDD)

When yopu first get the horn, it summons a 5th level berserker. Upgrade it to the bronze horn using the diamond and it summons a 7th level beserker. Upgrade it with the beljuri and the iron horn summons a 9th level berserker.

Stats for the ninth level berserker:
Str 17
dex 9
con 9
int 9
wis 9
cha 9

Therefore he has 90HP and he has **** in axes and attacks with a normal battle axe. Nothing really special but not at all bad.

NOTE, there is no such item as the helm of ages. The flail of ages is found in nalias keep
