what weapon is best for backstabbing ?? Can I backstab with two weapons,
or can I only have one ?

If you're asking about weapons in general, the katana (1d10 damage) is the best weapon for backstabbing. If you want to know about specific magical weapons, I believe the Staff of Striking (1d6+9 damage) can do the greatest possible backstab damage in a single blow. You may backstab with two weapons as long as you can hit with them before you "leave shadows".
