It ain`t easy being evil in BG2.. Which I can´t really understand, because the main character is a child of the Lord Of Murder.. Well, anyway I try to be as evil as possible, beeing greedy and demand big awards for everything I do, but still I haven`t been able to find quests that actually decreases my repetutation, I did take the ransom for the women that was kidnapped, my repetutation was decreased by 2 but what the *** am I going to do with the ransom? and that is the only quest that has decreased my repetuationn yet...
Can anyone tell me where I can find quests that will make me feel really evil? I was so dissapointed when I got the bloodshed arranged in Treedsworth and didn`t get my reputation decreased att all.. And when they made statued of my party and made me the heroe of the town, it was unbearable, I just did it for the money and the exp. I just wanted to kill all of them.. plz, help me to be evil.. |
LOL, sorry, I find it amusing that there's a post asking for ways to decrease your rep! I'm always asking for ways to bring my rep up, I'm a http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...ittleangel.gif

Sorry. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif ------------------ http://members.aol.com/lasttrueprinc...s/lioness1.jpg http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/hero2.gif Lil' Angel http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...angelwings.gif Sword Saint and Enchantress of the HADB Clan Waitress at Cloudy's Cafe Bestest Mate of the Cyan Knight Lady of Jerome, The Fallen Paladin Honored Friend of the Warrior SSJ4Sephiroth, and the Arch-Mage Jafin PeaceKeeping Force, Intelligence Division |
just kill EVERYONE that you run into, this will bring your rep down very low in the beginning. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif

Just killing everyone is fun, but pretty dull.. It would be much more fun to get quests that would prove how evil I really am!! I had so much job creating my character, he`s a totally black Kensai, with a psychotic portrait and The demonic skull Murreys voice, the Eeevil skull from monkey islend III.. And when I have such an evil character I ofcourse wan`t to do evil quests.. I am the son of the lord of murder! "my demonic strength has made me ...!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAAa.. I just wanna be evil.. just a little bit.. theres gotta be some minor assasins quests or something.. buhuu... oooh, it hurts...

Evil quests are indeed in short supply. I know that
- The Copper Coronet Gladiator quest - The Windspear Hills quest - The Druid Grove quest all have potentially 'evil' outcomes if you stay true to your alignment. Practically every mission given to you by Bodhi is evil in nature. Only a few of these actually lower your reputation, however - your best option, as thought up by someone else on this board, is to simply go into someone's house and beat a member of the public unconscious using just your fists. That will reduce your rep by 1. Do that a lot and it should keep your rep down. After Chapter 4, you should have an option that will reuce your rep by 2 at will. |
Stealing will reduce the rep. I usually beat the merchant up, too.

One of the most enjoyable games I played was with an Evil PC. Chaotic evil. I spent a lot of time pretending to be nice and then just killing the NPC who'd hired me after I had gotten the reward. This was particularly fun in the Underdark http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif.
Spoiler: . . . . . . The Durid Grove quest was my favorite evil quest. Truly diabolical and destructive without having to hack and slash in order to be evil. I think the Fallen Paladin quest also has an evil option. Remember -- never negotiate. Oooh, and I almost forgot the human flesh armor quest. Do some investigating once you find the human flesh and see if you can get the evil human flesh armor. ------------------ http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...les/bronze.gif Most Subtle Official Straightman of the Laughing Hyenas -- Grammarian Brigade.
