I've killed all the slave masters and stuff but that guy isn't in the copper coronet so what am I supposed to do?. I've looked everywhere and I can't find any one else to kill?

Have you killed all the slavers and released all the kids in the Slavrs Stockade?
If you have, have you freed Hendak in the Copper Cornet?
