How do i figure out the damage a wepon does from the 3d +1+100000 vs dragons gobldigook
Okay because this is based on a pnp game you have to look at the dice side of things. for example a broadsword +2 would do 2d4 plus 2. So rolling two 4 sided dice for a result between 2-8 and then you add to for a range of 4-10. going through the probabilty curve is a diffrent story http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif. On a longsword +2 it would do a range of 1-8 plus 2 for 3-10. if its one of those weapons that are +1 and +3 vs undead . You add +1 to everything except undead which would be plus 3 to the roll.
hope this helps |
Ok so using a broadsword +2 i roll 2 times and get then how do i figure out the rage and how does it affect the damage (bg2 is my first d&d game)
Rage should be range!!! and say i get 8 with the die
this is a simple math. Broad sword means 2d4, plus 2 is +2. 2d4 - two dice from 1 to four, that gives us from 2 to 8. Not you ad those +2 and you get from 4 to 10.
