It's an 8th level wizard spell, that holds up to 3 spells for defense or offense and allows you to launch multiple spells at one time with no delay.

They're great! I like to keep 3 lower resistance spells on-line. The second mage casting gr. malison and a preist casting doom. It makes those bosses quite vulnerable.
