I am thinking what I can do to be the best Mage I can be, and I'm Also thinking of being a Cleric as well. I can Multi-Class but I think I can only get up to 20th Mage/25th Cleric. Using the Experience Cap Remover from TOB, can I start as a Human and get Maximum levels of each without any unforseen bugs? If yes, how high can I get?

ToB doesn't remove the experience cap. With ToB, you can reach 20th lvl mage/25th cleric I believe. Without it, a dual-classed mage would never get that high. You may be able to get an experience cap remover (third-party), but I am uncertain whether there are enough experience points in all of SoA and ToB to get your multiclassed C/M much higher.

be carefull with xp remover, if you get too high (level 41), you wont be able to cast ANY spells. i used shadowkeeper, just to see what how high my mage could go, and how bad-ass he would be. he suct, because he cant use magic at all, lol. just a word of advice.
