Get your magew to cast Improved invisibility on one character, and then get your cleric (i used anomen) to cast Chaotic Command on the same character. Give him/her potions of invisibility, and cast Haste on them. You can now run this one character straight to the weapons cache, remove the hammer, and the wand, and leg it out picking up you party on the way. I love the non-violent solutions to violent situations, and will answer any other question if i can.

I just slaughter them all for more Xp... ...

To deal with Uber Hulks, cast Death Spell.

To deal with Mind Flayers, send a horde of Skeleton Warriors.
