I've just accepted the Sahuagin King's challenge where you fight the big ol' ettin and I seem to have run into a problem. The ettin is lying dead at my feet, but nothing is happening. I found the door out of the arena, but it is locked and seems unpickable. Have I done something wrong? I did kill the ettin really fast, maybe a bug?

Must be a bug? Did you installed latest patch? Try to talk with them again and choose different sentences maybe? That's all I can imagine.

After all, dont worry you can advance to next chapter and got all items with killing them
