i'd like to know the opinion from players that had finished BG2, what r the best items.
what is the best weapon?
what is the best armor?
what is the best ring?
what is the best necklace? etc etc.......

Hammer: Crom Faeyr+5 (maybe the Rune Hammer+5 in ToB)
2hswd: Holy Avenger +6 (upgraded in ToB)
longsword/catana/shortword: Celestrial Fury+3 (the answerer+4 in ToB)
dagger: firetooth+3 (still firetooth?)
longbow: Mana'bow+4 always
shortbow: tough between Gesen+4 and Tansherons+3.
crossbow: Crossbow of Accuracy +5 (Firetooth+5)
Composite Bow: Ripper+2
bastard swd: Jhor+2 (Foe Bane +5)
mace: Mace of Disruption+2 (still that?)
Morning Star: not sure (Storm Star or IceStar)
Club: Gnasher+2 (Club of Detonation+5 very doggy)
Spear: Impaler+3 (ilix Spike +6)
Halberd: who cares (Ravager+6 cool)
staff: staff of magi+5 (still)
full plate: red dragon plate+2 (can't remember name full plate+2 gives +1 Dex)
chainmail: Bladesinger elven chain+4 (+5 in ToB)
leather: dunno (leather of thorns+5 or another+6)
as for others there are millions and each is completely different.

I found a better club than Gnasher for Jahiera. Its a +3 club that gives an extra +3 acid damage (great for Trolls). Forget its name. Location?

At trademeet, after you solve that quest, the same merchant who has the Tasheron bow also has this club. It costs about $11,000 gp but seems worth it thus far.

Yes it is better vs. Trolls but worse against the Gnasher vs. everything else.
the Gnasher does poison damage of pain for 4 rounds with each hit without save.

2 days ago i bought baldur's gate 2 and im trying to learn the game play of it.
its so complex... and its not easy to understand the gameplay...
well.. its a rpg...no difficult no fun...
