Equilizer: Pommel Jewel, Hilt, and Blade.
Wave Halberd: Shaft and Head
Crom Fayer: Girdle of Frost Giant Strength, Guantlets of Ogre Power, Hammer of Thunderbolts
There's others that I can't remember right now, but the way to make them is to go the Cromwell's House and talk to him. He'll make them for you (for a price).

A spoiler is something that reveals some secrets about the game. People are alerted if they read the word spoiler, and if they do not wish to know the answer, they don't have to read it. A spoiler is some sort of warning.

The other part you need to reassemble the Crom Faeyr, is the scroll. And it is the Gesen Bow shaft, and Gesen Bow string. You can also make armours out of dragon scales.
