OK, a little history on myself.
Played BG1, liked it, never finished it.

Played Ice Wind... LOVED it almost finished it. From what I read two battles to go and my HD DIED...... Did not have the strength to start over...

The difference... BG1 was too vast and slow Hated picking only one charater.

Ice Wind Dale. Dungeon Crawl LOVED making my own party.

I just got BG2 and of course came here. I have seen thin references about being able to pick more than one starting member??!?!?! Is that true? If so how many shoudl I create? Is three a good number leaving 3 NPCs to pick up?
I know you could do that in BG1 also (Start a multiplayer game by yourself) but it was a bit confusing and cumbersome...)

PLus where are some GOOD portraits? NOT to sound like a total pig but my Icewind group was me and 5 LOVELY ladies.... No porn but LOVELY.

Also if I can only pick one....... Who and what... Assasin looks REAL sweet.
How is multi classing in this game?

TO create your whole party, go to multiplayer, set the connection type to serial, and then click create game (I think that's the order...). Then just make the party you want.
