Pirate takes you to fish city. Go there..as there is a damn good cloak.
Otherwise you can never go again.

Also I noticed that you cant get in Asylum with pirate if you dont have minsc in your party. Minsc's conversation there is great (also you get lots of xp bonuses)

Actualy if you have Yoshimo you can get in with the pirates.

you can get in through the pirates without minsc or yoshimo.
