i have minsc now for so long and never has anny one being or come to
me with a quest ( maby umar hills ? )

Does Minsc have a quest?
No, but he has Boo... ...and lots of funny dialogues

The Umar hills quest is not really a Minsc quest. You can also go there without him in your party.
