ok, i found the dude in the graveyard that was buried alive, but cant find the guy that did it. im pretty sure he is in the bridge district if im not mistaken, but i cant find the dude ANYWHERE!!!! where the hell is this jerk?!

I like to think of him in the south east corner - he's more than half way down, and he's on the right hand side, next to the water.

Yeah the guys at almost the extreem right of the screen in the bridge district and he's toward the bottom of the screen I also am pretty sure he won't show up if you diden't talk to the undertaker in the graveyard district trust me I went through the same thing hope this helps

i guess...
before you can see the guy in red you must 1st talk with the guy just north of where you've found the buried guy... that's what i did
