15.Slavers after freeing hendak/I think that one part of the planar sphere is the room at the north end of the sweers under the Slums.You know the room with the Myconids/Merkath's mirror perhaps?

4) Actually the COLD head is located in the little side room. It's annoying that it's the only head you get free, because it's the only head that won't kill trolls.

The FIRE head is in the chapel with the golems.

The ACID head is in the posession of Glacius. Kill him or charm-cure him to get it.

You're not counting that Rakshasa with the Cloak of the Sewers and that obnoxious Dwarf with his annoying pary, wotsisname... Draug Fea, as quests, do you?

Otherwise, I can't think of other quests down in the Sewers. Unless you have 'Kill Roger's Sea-Troll' down as a separate quest, and not as a part of the Limited Wish-thingy.
