Is truth that open a gate, in docks district? Bug? When?

The house next to the house where you find the man with the red clothes has two trapped doors. After the front door (trapped) you will find a elemental lich, which has parts of the golden bones (Kangaxx quest). The side door (also trapped) can only be entered with a rogue stone. Be prepared for a tough fight, maybe the toughest in the whole game (you will enter the TWISTED RUNE)!!!

But this is in the Bridge district. In the docks district, there is also a trapped door next to (left) Mae'Vars Guildhall. Here you will start the Kangaxx quest!!!
