Can someone tell me what this XP cap is ... is it a equipment in BG2 or is it a fix so you can rise your experience.

XP cap is the limit on the experience - it is 2.95 mln per character.

oki, but i ment the Xp cap remover peole are talking about ??

in ToB you get to go to 8 million XP. (40th lvl)

OK, in BG2 you are capable of 2.95 million Experience points (XP). With ToB installed or the Experience Cap remover, each character can get 8 million XP. But if you install the "godlike"-patch from Baldurdash, your character can go as high as you want to...(or can kill monsters) http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Then you can instal the level 40 rules. Although thhey are grossly different and inaccurate.
