How can you import the golden panthaloons into BGII?
Are they somewhere in BGII?

They're not in BG2. You'll have to play BG1, get them and export your character. Then you ca either start a single player game with the exported character (remember to drop your item before the game begins) or load a multiplayer game and import the character there.

But what do you mean? If I import into BGII no items will come with!

Pretty sure that the pantaloons are hidden in Irenicus' dungeon somewhere, if you import your bg1 save. But it just seems a lot easier to just use shadowkeeper.

If you import a BG1 character who had Goldne pantaloons, then they will be hidden in the first level of Irenicus Dungeon. Otherwise you'll have to use shadowkeeper to get them, or create them with CLUAConsole.
