Can someone please tell me where to find this Ihtafeer person that the Djinns want?

go to the top of the trademeet map (just out of the city walls). There should be someone that will tell you where to go......(if i remember rightly Ihtafeer is located in the north east portion of the druids grove..inside a cottage..)
