What items should i go for on my new solo assy? I'm thinking either wakizashi, or shortsword, but there aren't that many wakizashis .... hmmm i will eventually want shadow dragon leather... boots of speed etc... the whole idea is to backstab everything to death, and when all else fails.. backstab some more!! thanks I was also thinking of using a tuigan bow.. for speed

Long Sword, Katana, Short Bow, Darts.

Well... at least that is what I am using. Later on, put in Quarterstaff, Short Sword and Daggers.

Why Darts? Poison Ability + 3 attacks per round = an enemy who can't even move because he is convulsing. ;) Plus you get to wear a Buckler/Shield while using it.

Put a * into Single-Weapon Style, Short Bows, Long Sword or Katanna, and Staff. Later, put a * into Two-handed-Weapon Style and dagger.

You can get some good weapons of these types fairly early in the game, such as the Tuigan Bow, Blade of Roses, Celestial Fury, Staff of Striking, and Staff of Rhynn. You'll need the *'s in Single- and Two-handed- weapon styles to boost your chances of a critical hit. Later, you can set your sights on the Equalizer, Gesen Bow, and Firetooth Dagger (throwing dagger that does really good base damage and has a long range).
