this mightbe a glitch in my game and it probably is but before i
leave the underdark i had an idea so i refomed my party and let
Minsc go and told him to meet me at the copper coronet but before
he left i gave him all of my drow items and when i went there to
pick him up he had the stuff and i went outside and it worked it
didn't discentigrate but it might just be my game or something but
i'm walkiin around kickin but and takin names in my special drow
armor

That's a cheese tactic, which takes advantage of the way the game was programmed - it checks for Drow items when you exit from the Underdark (i.e. arrive at the Elven Stockade to meet Elhan) and swaps all Drow equipment with adamantine dust. The game does NOT check for this at any other area.

Be aware though, that if you have ToB, the Drow items WILL turn to dust when ToB starts.
