i met the halfling spirit who told me to go get his bear from Lynis, WHO WOULD BE IN THE COPPER CORONET, so he could RIP. i turned the copper coronet up-side down, i even did the whole slvers quest because i had just never got around to it thinking he would be in there after that was completed but i still can't find him. Anyone remember where they found him??

He was in a Back room in the Escort part of the Copper Coronet, if you walked through the wall he would be about 20 steps North East of the main bar.

Did you go upstairs? The child said "upstairs".... He is there kill him get the bear

Up the stairs, through the door that has (or had) the bouncer), there's a set of 4 or 6 rooms. He's in one of them but isn't visible unless you're fully in the room
