I am in the Blades and Stars and I can no find Lothander!!!
IS he someplace else?OR is this a glitch in the game???
anybody with any info please help me!!!! Thanks

Yes he should be there IF he already asked you to get the Geas removal scroll. He´s in the 2nd floor of the inn.
Tell us if you find him.
