Allright I have made it to the Silver Dragon, she masks your party as Drow, I have a Dwarf Priest ( I'm playing thru a multiplayer connection) As soon as Adalon cast her illusion, the dwarf now moves at about a 1/2 movement rate and stops frequently, so now I have to click more often and it takes an ungodly amount of time to get anywhere. Now I don't think the programmers meant for this to be in the game, (you know- a dwarf has short legs, isn't used to moving around like an elf blah blah blah) So I am guessing it is some sort of bug. Anyone know of any patches or codes that might work here? Thanks :o)

Have you installed the SoA patch?

If I remember correctly, someone posted recently about a similar bug they were experiencing. Look for that thread and see if anyone had any ideas.
