I have completed the game 3 times... I have never been able to assemble the
wave, the vorpal blade, or the equalizer... I have the wave shaft, the pommel stone, and the silver blade.. where can I locate the other halves of the items...

oh yeah... anyone have trouble with the wild githyanki mage outside of cromwells shop when you have the silver blade?

The wild Githyank mage has the other portion of the Vorpal Sword.

The other part of the Wave can be found on the rebel Sahuagin Prince in the Sahuagin City.

The other parts of the equalizer can be found in the Underdark. The blade is in the first room of the Beholder Dungeon and the hilt can be found on a table in the Mind Flayer Dungeon.
