The spell sequencer is the way to queue spells. Dont kill the poor doggies, just kill the filthy umberhulks

You cant queue spells at least not in realtime, but the pause button should make all this easy anyway.
A spell squancer is a like a bucket for spells, you cast it then you get to select what spells go into, say you put 3 fireballs in. When you want to fire 3 fireballs at once then you go to the special abilities and cast the sequencer from there. Instantly they fire, I should mention that you should try various combinations of spells in a sequencer. Im not sure how to do the dog meat thing but if you have a wand of cloudkill or can cast it fire it into the room and close the door, it will kill the umberhulks instantly. ------------------ http://www.facelink.com/edit/raw/raw...43/1922643.bmp |
1. No, not usually. In fact if you click on a second spell icon while the caster is still in the midst of casting the first one you abort the spell. Not only that the initiative counter is reset and the second spell will be cast much later. The only way to queue spells is to the special spells like minor sequencer, etc.
2. Spell sequencer is a level 7 mage spell. It is used to store up to 3 spells of level 4 or lower, sort of like preparing for a contingency. When cast you cast three spells one after the other. Examples of how to use it: - Mirror Image, Stoneskin and Improved Invisibility. - Two Skull Traps and Mirror Image. - Greater Malison, Web and Ice Storm. - Greater Malison, Emotion - Hopelessness and Slow. - Haste, Invisibility 10' Radius and Spider Spawn. 3. Spoiler . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Have a hasted invisible character with the stew enter the area where the umber hulks are. There is a location where the jail cells are where the umber hulks tunneled in. At that location there will be a spot where you can 'use' the stew. - - - - - - - - - - - In order to make the dog stew, you have to kill the four dogs in the courtyard. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/frown.gif Bring the meat to the kitchen and use the stove until the stew is made. You will have to use all four piece of dog meat. The stew has to be placed in the corridors behind the Umber Hulks. I made one of the characters invisible and gave him the stew. Go past the Hulks and down the hallway. At the end of the hallway you should find a door to a cell. Go inside and you should find an area that contains dog bones. Place the stew with the bones and get out of there by taking the other corridor. The Umber Hulks will come down the hallway. Make sure to close both of the doors to this area to stop them from coming back. ------------------ All the world is a stage and we are all actors playing our parts. The minor spell sequencer is a fourth level mage spell. Your mage would have to 7th level or above to cast this spell from your spell book. Spell sequencer is a 7th level mage spell. Your mage would have to be 14th level to cast this spell from your spell book.
