and purchase Shadows of Amn...is the Throne of Baal a FREE add-on or do you purchase it? If you buy it, is it worth it? And if it's NOT free, are there any free add-ons for download? (thought I saw one somewhere).

The only free add on to the BG as a whole is DSotSC. ToB is an expansion you must buy, and I would say it is worth buying.

Yeah, Throne of Bhaal is worth it. An XP Cap of 1 Million is something I wouldn't pass up.

I don't have ToB but I hear it's good so buy it. There are no free ad-ons but I believe there are some being developed. Check: http://www.the-elysium.co.uk/ I don't know if this is still going on, since the last newa is from quite some time ago.

and yes, ToB is VERY worth it.
