Now I am not sure but I had heard that Jaheira and Viconia get into some pretty harsh arguements with each other. Now I am an elven fighter so I don't think Viconia will try any moves on my character, as I heard she only romances humans. Whether or not this is true is my question. If it is true then I would like to keep both and wait for the guns to start blazing as it were.

It's true that Viconia will ownly go for a human (I think half-elf is doable too, no pun intended,) so the only dialog fights they should be having are the ones viconia and jaheira pick with everyone (including each other) anyway.

As far as a fight over the PC if you're romancing both, I've never done both at once so I don't know about that.

Viconia shoudl romance half-orcs, but does not due to an error in Half orc definition. Fix is available on Baldurdass site.
