Need good weopans for Me (ranger) Minsc Jaheria and Edwin

Need help I go to the docks for the man in the shadow theifs guildhall secret room. I enter the cut scene but nothing happens they all stand there. waited 5 mins got bored and restarted computer. HELP Also Haer'Dalis is absoloute rubbish.

For Minsc there a variety of 2-handed Swords (Lilacor for instance, or the Vorpal Sword)
Jaheira can get a good scimitar in the Druid Grove quest and a good Club in Spellhold
Edwin - if you meet the Twisted Rune there is a VERY good staff there

Guildhall - did you ask directions to Guildmaster before approaching him? you may have met him too soon - this is just a guess mind

Early in the game, Liacor is the best sword for Minsc, You can go into Berserk mode and still have control over him. It also protects against Charm, and it talks to you(very funny).

For J. The druid grove scimitar is best, but early in the game you can buy a +1 scimitar, at the adventurers mart. Later in the game you can get a great +3 spear for her.

THere is an even better weapon for Jaheira-- Found far earlier than Spellhold and in my opinion it is better-- It is found after you complete the trademeet quests-- bought off a merchant who looks like a "nobleman" (tall guy with a hat) -- its a BLOODsomething club... it's red, VERY nice, MADE for Jaheeira i think. Bloodember? or Bloodclaw? something, but its Red and looks like a lobster leg or something.
