Well my main character is a Cavalier ( I hate paladins but I made a multy party with my friends chars and....as well knows paladins lead!).Anyway I do not know why but he can actually use harp of distortion and another harp(can't recall the name) that are usable only by bards!

Its a known bug, if you want to remove it install the official patch.
