I got the scroll ,the gauntlets ,the belt and I am supposed to find a hammer in order to forge the Crom Fayer right?How do i get it, and where?

The hammer is located in a secret section of the sewers below the Temple District. The secret door is located on the Northern section of the sewer. In order to open the door, you will need to get key from Tazok in the dungeons found in Windspear Hills. Be careful, the hammer is guarded.
